Windows

High performance insulated windows throughout. All operable windows include screens. All windows achieve above building standard Sound Transmission Coefficient (STC) rating for noise insulation.

Masonry veneer with Hardiplank and Handipanel where noted on plans.

Heating and Cooling Unit

Controlled air conditioning and heating system with ceiling ducts, dropped enclosed soffits, and unit specific rooftop compressor. Ultra efficient individual air conditioning systems rated at a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) that meets Energy Star requirements provide both environmental benefits and cost savings to unit owners. Additionally, all air conditioning systems employ environmentally friendly refrigerant.

Domestic Hot Water

Individual gas-fired hot water heaters in each unit.

100 AMP panel in each unit; each unit metered separately.
